For nearly 75 years, Capron Park Zoo been a premiere family attraction in southern New England. By providing the public with exciting education opportunities and a clean, aesthetically pleasing recreation facility, we hope to promote an appreciation and understanding of animals all over the world.
It is our goal to reach our visitors with the values of animal conservation, ecological awareness and appreciation of all living things.
We hope our efforts will inspire our visitors to become life-long learners and advocates for conservation – on whatever level they can!
